When and why you must fill in a General Declaration Form
If you enter or leave Jersey by private aircraft, the pilot must fill in a General Declaration form. This lets us know who you are and where you’re from, and if you have goods to declare. General Declaration forms are reviewed by Jersey Customs and Immigration Service and the States of Jersey Police.
Please see https://www.gov.je/Travel/MaritimeAviation/CivilAviation/pages/privatepilots.aspx for more information.
