JAC Airside Access Log
This form is required to be completed by AIC holder (Airside Identity Card) for anybody being taken (escorted) airside (escorted persons). This includes passengers on a flight as well as people being taken to view or work on the aircraft of an AIC holder.
Note – during Skywalker working hours (08:00-18:00) if a Gendec has been sent, there is no need to complete a JAC Airside Access Log Entry, however this must always be completed out of hours
It does NOT needed to be filled in if only the AIC holder going airside, or if the only people going airside all have a valid AIC (for instance two or more members flying together).
Escorted persons must be kept in line of site by the AIC holder at all times when airside.
For more information on airside access requirements see New Airside Access Procedures from Wednesday 5 October 2022
