Jersey General Declaration Forms

logo-700x200

When and why you must fill in a General Declaration Form

If you enter or leave Jersey by private aircraft, the pilot must fill in a General Declaration form. This lets us know who you are and where you’re from, and if you have goods to declare. General Declaration forms are reviewed by Jersey Customs and Immigration Service and the States of Jersey Police.

Please see https://www.gov.je/Travel/MaritimeAviation/CivilAviation/pages/privatepilots.aspx for more information

Filling in a general declaration form

To fill in a general declaration form, you should:

• download the form
• fill it in on your computer
• use the ‘submit form’ button on the top right of the form (your form will be sent to customs and the police at the same time)

When to submit your form

You can submit your form up to seven days before you enter or leave Jersey.

Regular users

If you regularly visit or leave Jersey in a private aircraft, you can save a copy of the form on your computer. You don’t need to visit this page each time to fill in the form.

Computer requirements

To complete the form on your computer, you must have one of the following operating systems:
Microsoft Windows
Apple Mac OS
