Report on Christmas trip to Caen 2012 10 December 2011 Saturday 10th December, the launch date for Jersey Aero Club's first ever Christmas market shopping trip to Caen. Given the bad weather running up to the weekend, it was with great relief that the day dawned CAVOK and was forecast to stay that way, with the first aircraft taxiing out just before 08:00. It was a very well supported trip with 15 aircraft booked to come along (including 1 from Guernsey) 4 of those staying for the day to shop and have lunch, and the remainder staying for the night.

REPORT - A great weekend in Dinard! 10 October 2011 Not only did it rain, at least on the Friday, but we had to endure the humiliation of sitting in a French hotel bar, watching England loose to France in the rugby. Ah well, c’est la vie !

Helping Wings - Join us for the launch party at the Jersey Aeroclub 6.00pm, 23rd Sept 23 September 2011 Please join us to celebrate our new charity status on Friday 23rd September. Having started Helping Hands four years ago, many local disadvantaged children have enjoyed a day to remember at the Jersey Aero Club. They've scrambled over airport fire trucks, they've been amazed by magicians and they've flown around their island in a light aircraft. Read more.......
