CI Aviation Fuel Prices for September 2011

Attached herewith is the usual spread sheet with CI Aviation fuel prices for September 2011 and historic comparisons for the last 15 years. This is the 193rd time I have published this! This month, unfortunately we again have an increase for 100LL. Download latest prices.

The price for 100LL  in Jersey and Guernsey has gone up by 4p (2.78%) per Lt. and in Alderney also by 4p (2.63%) per Lt.

Jet A-1 has stayed at the same price as last month.

The September Price for Avgas is 148.00p and 140.60p for qualifying AOPA members.
The September Price for Jet A1 is 88.00p and 83.60p for qualifying AOPA members.
The September Price for Avgas for Alderney is 152.00p, no AOPA discount available.

Locally based aircraft are entitled to the 5% AOPA discount on their account with Fuel Supplies (CI)Ltd.  Please make sure that your and your co-owners AOPA membership subs are always up to date. Visiting GA aircraft, paying on delivery, will get their  5%  AOPA discount on production of their current paid up membership card. This does not apply in Alderney.

Please also note that UK duty, currently 38.3825p, but not UK VAT for the full tank duty paid contents exported from  the UK to the Channel Islands can be reclaimed as "drawback" from UK Customs on form HO60. This means that GA aircraft coming to or transiting the Channel Islands can come here with duty free fuel and refuel here with duty and tax free fuel. HO60
