55th JERSEY INTERNATIONAL AIR RALLY
Friday 28th to Sunday 30th May 2010.

Welcome to the 2010 Jersey International Air Rally.

2010 will see the 55th air rally organised by the Jersey Aero Club. Following the traditional theme, the event will bring together pilots from many countries, with varying levels of experience for a week end of flying competitions, good food, and friendship.

Arriving in Jersey on the Friday, competitors will have taken part in several competitions over Normandy including a timed arrival, spot landing and timed circuit before parking by the clubhouse where a warm welcome awaits. Relaxing in the convivial atmosphere, pilots and crews will renew acquaintances, often from previous rallies, and make new friends with little more to do than enjoy a great week end in the beautiful island of Jersey.

CHERBOURG/LESSAY?
Still awaiting a response from the French Authorities regarding customs facilities at Lessay. It looks increasingly likely that Cherbourg will be the starting point for the rally.

The club is now proudly displaying the new air rally banner at the airside entrance of the flying room. Hopefully, this will tempt some of our winter & spring visitors to come back for the air rally!
