PILOT NOTES -
 
Mode S transponder
 
If any of you were concerned about the possibility of needing Mode S transponder for the 2008 Jersey Air rally, don't worry. The following confirmation has been received from Jersey ATC
 
"At present there is no policy for Jersey airspace for Mode S. So this will have no effect on the Jersey International Air Rally for 2008"
