For as long as anybody can remember, the aero club has honoured the achievements of it's new pilots by displaying their names in the clubhouse.

These boards were certainly a prominent fixture of the old clubhouse and were transferred to the new building.  Thanks to the generosity of certain club members, most recently James and Rachel Baudains, the tradition continues.

The committee has  agreed, on my suggestion, that a missing part of the club's history should be addressed - that the club should display the names of all its Chief Flying Instructors.

I can remember quite a few and the committee minutes will help but this will probably not be the complete list we need to achieve our aim.

Can you help?  Either from your memory or your log book, let me have the names of the CFI's you remember and if possible the years in question.  And, if you would like to sponsor a board, I'm sure the committee would be delighted to hear from you !
