For the first time, a golf event is being held at Wheatlands Golf Course in aid of Channel Islands Air Search (CIAS). CIAS are delighted that HSBC Bank plc has agreed to support the event as the main sponsor. Channel Island Air Search provides a much needed airborne facility to support the saving of life at sea within the Channel Islands area. To do this £75,000 per annum needs to be raised simply to keep the aircraft available on a 24/7 basis!
